How our Homeowners Association is Structured
Lake of the Woods of Jacaranda (LOWOFJ) is the master association. This “master” association has a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, By-Laws, and Association Rules and Regulations (“Governing Documents”) that all residents are subject to.
Additionally, under this master community, there are two sub-associations, and two residents’ maintenance associations. Sub-associations and maintenance associations may also have their own Covenants, Restrictions and Rules, in addition to those of the master HOA. Each of the subassociations and/or maintenance associations may also have their own assessments, in addition to the assessments from the master association.
Park Estates, Grassy Oaks I, and Grassy Oaks II are managed separately. Therefore, the Association’s management company is neither responsible, nor involved with the billing or collection of the sub-association or maintenance association assessments.
Identifying your Association(s)
You can easily identify which associations) your parcel belongs to by referring to your lot number.
The Lakes of Jacaranda, HOA (“J”)
If the unit/lot number is prefixed by “J” (for example, JOO1 to J613), your property is also part of The Lakes of Jacaranda Homeowner Association, in addition to the master association. Be sure you also receive a copy of the covenants for this association. Your realtor or agent can assist you with this.
Park Estates, HOA (“P”)
If the unit/lot number is prefixed by a “P” (for example, POO1 to P076), your property is also a part of the Park Estates Homeowner Association. Be sure you also receive a copy of the covenants for this association. Your realtor or agent can assist you with this.
Grassy Oaks II
If the unit/lot number is prefixed by “J” and falls within the range of lot numbers between J498 and J534, your property is also part of the Grassy Oaks II Resident Association. Be sure you also receive a copy of the covenants for this association. Your realtor or agent can assist you with this.
Grassy Oaks III
If the unit/lot number is prefixed by “J” and falls within the range of lot numbers between J420 and J452, your property is also part of the Grassy Oaks III Resident Association. Be sure you also receive a copy of the covenants for this association. Your realtor or agent can assist you with this.
