In accordance with Florida State Statutes, the following information is provided with regard to estoppel certificate requests:
Estoppel certificates will only be issued after the full completion of a New Homeowner Sales/Membership Application e-form. Once the e-form has been submitted and accepted, an estoppel certificate will be issued within 10 days.
