Meetings are generally held on the 2nd Thursday of each month. (Occasionally this date changes based on availability of board members.) The board consists of five members elected on a staggered basis at the Annual Association Meeting. At an organizational meeting after the election in December a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Director at Large are elected by board members.
Minutes of Meeting
Minutes of meetings are posted on each bulletin board behind the mailboxes. Also posted is the notice of the next meeting for the Board of Directors. Minutes of the meetings, as well as posting of the next meeting are also sent electronically to all homeowners who have supplied the Board with an e-mail address.
Annual Association Meeting
