You have chosen THE LAKES OF JACARANDA as your new home. Welcome!
There are 613 Lots in THE LAKES OF JACARANDA (LOJ) neighborhood. That doesn’t mean there are 613 homes because some residents have double lots. We are the largest of the neighborhoods governed by the LAKE OF THE WOODS OF JARARANDA (Master Association) LOWofJ, and managed by Keys-Caldwell. We elect a five-member Board of Directors and hold our Annual Meetings the second Tuesday in February following the LOWofJ Annual Meeting.
You may ask what makes our neighborhood unique. Our neighborhood has a recreational facility that is managed by our five-member Board and is for the private use of our Lakes of Jacaranda residents and their guests. We are considered a Home Owner’s Association and are members of the LOJ HOA. We pay annual dues, which is earmarked for the recreational facility only. You will notice that membership to this facility has been included in your deed. We offer two maintenance-free areas within LOJ. They are Grassy Oaks II and Grassy Oaks III. They have elected officers to oversee these areas.
This property offers a clubhouse, pool, tennis/pickle courts, and permit parking. Residents may rent the clubhouse (only) for private parties such as baby showers and birthday parties. Rentals are not intended for your private organizations such as church groups or personal affiliations. There are clubhouse rules that you should read before booking the facility. Bookings must go through our Keys-Caldwell Management Company, where you may be given a key.
Sincerely,
Your LOJ Board of Directors
