You have chosen THE LAKES OF JACARANDA as your new home. Welcome!
There are 613 Lots in THE LAKES OF JACARANDA (LOJ) neighborhood. That doesn’t mean there are 613 homes because some residents have double lots. The Lakes of Jacaranda is the largest of the neighborhoods governed by the LAKE OF THE WOODS OF JACARANDA (Master Association) LOWofJ, and managed by Keys-Caldwell. There is a five-member Board of Directors, and Annual Meetings are held the second Tuesday in February following the LOWofJ Annual Meeting.
The Lakes of Jacaranda neighborhood has a recreational facility that is managed by the five-member Board and is for the private use of The Lakes of Jacaranda residents and their guests. The LOJ annual dues are earmarked for the recreational facility only. Membership to this facility has been included in each LOJ homeowner’s deed. There are two maintenance-free areas within LOJ. They are Grassy Oaks II and Grassy Oaks III. They have elected officers to oversee these areas.
This property offers a clubhouse, pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and permit parking. Residents may rent the clubhouse (only) for private parties such as baby showers and birthday parties. Rentals are not intended for private organizations such as church groups or personal affiliations. There are rules and guidelines that govern the facility. Bookings are available by contacting the management office at Keys-Caldwell (941-408-8293).
