Visits to Our Website
This website https://lowofj.com is like millions of other websites using Google Analytics to gather information about site visitors and their behavior. We use Google Analytics to get an idea for:
- how many visits our website gets
- how visitors found our website
- in which content they are interested
- how long they stay on our website and on each individual page

- what type of computer hardware and internet software they are using

Resident Area / Login
Residents are registered on our website, allowing them to log into the Resident Area and view information only pertaining to them. Residents are registered on the website (even after they move), until manually deleted by an administrator.
Resident Registration Form
If you are a resident and don’t have a website account, you may register for one through our registration form. The information we collect from these form consists of all the information you enter and your IP address. Once your account is approved, you are able to log in with your username and password.
Website Forms (incl. Financial Report Request Form)
The information we collect from these form consists of all the information you enter and your IP address. We use the submitted information to process your submission and to respond to it (if applicable). Submissions are stored in the website’s database (e.g. for backup, reporting and accounting purposes).
Email Newsletter / MailChimp
When you register on our website or update your profile, you are provided with the option to sign-up for our newsletter. If opted in, your name, lot number, address, email address and phone number are being transmitted to our MailChimp account. MailChimp may be collecting additional information such as your IP address. Google reCAPTCHA
We use reCAPTCHA, a free service from Google, to protect some of the forms from spam submissions. reCAPTCHA works by collecting personal information to determine if a visitor is human or a computer. For more information click on the Privacy Policy link in the reCAPTCHA box.
Other 3rd Party Providers that Store and Process Your Data
- Our website is hosted through Siteground. Siteground holds a server log of all website visits to help with security and diagnostics. The server log contains the visitor’s IP address but no information like name, phone number or email address.
- An automated backup of our website is stored on Google Drive.
